HRZ® EXECUTION is a repeatable, flexible and most importantly, a proven methodology that has 5 key stages:
1- Initiate | Plan
We establish the framework for a successful project. This includes a kickoff presentation where business drivers, success criteria, governance structures, and initial risks are defined, and a high-level project plan is created. For large, complex engagements, comprehensive planning workshops are also included.
2- Define
We develop a detailed project plan incorporating change management, communications, training, testing, and risk management, and the functional solution is designed and documented by our consultants before configuration begins.
3- Configure
We lead you through 3 iterative configuration review design cycles that allow you to test your assumptions, explore options, and arrive at a configuration that fits your organization’s needs. The result is a fully configured solution to your design specifications along with comprehensive documentation — a control mechanism for your future design changes.
4- Test | Transition
We guide you through final design review, where the configuration is thoroughly scrutinized and tested to ensure user acceptance and readiness. Final knowledge transfer and support training is also completed at this time in anticipation of an upcoming Go-Live.
5- Deploy
We ensure the solution is fully migrated to production, ready for deployment, and the project team has successfully transitioned from project to support. In addition, we offer post go-live services to meet your deployment needs. This ranges from simple (basic support) to sophisticated (hypercare) and can evolve to an ongoing managed services arrangement with one of our HRZ® EVOLUTION, Post Go-Live Services offerings.
