Minneapolis, MN — May 2, 2016 — HRIZONS® today announced that Gavin Cockayne has joined the company to lead its HCM Cloud Services and Consulting Practices. HRIZONS®, a 10-year veteran in HCM Cloud, has been helping customers make the digital transformation leap using leading edge HCM Cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors and its own JDMS® | Job Descriptions Made Simple SaaS solution since 2006.
Most recently Mr. Cockayne was the Founder and Managing Partner at Chachapoya Consulting, LLC, helping drive strategy and execution in the SAP SuccessFactors Cloud HCM marketplace. Prior to establishing Chachapoya Consulting, he spent five years as a leader within the SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services and Consulting organization focused on global deployments of Employee Central to many of the large globally integrated enterprises. During his time with SAP SuccessFactors he provided executive sponsorship to Global Cloud HCM Implementations and architected Global Solutions integrating the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite with legacy ERP applications, 3rd Party applications and Payroll providers. He also developed deployment strategies for global Cloud HCM implementations and worked directly with all pillars of the SAP organization including product strategy, development and operation teams on behalf of his clients.
Prior to entering the HCM Cloud space with SuccessFactors in 2010, Mr. Cockayne had 25 years of industry and consulting experience focused on the HR and Finance domains working for companies such as Procter and Gamble, American President Lines, IBM Global Services and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
